RENOVATIONS

Renovation details of the project, expected to come in below the $21 million budget, are as follows:

• Main Clubhouse building to include enhanced exterior architecture, new roof, locker and card room improvements, restrooms expanded, interior décor upgrades. Infrastructure systems (HVAC, plumbing and electrical upgrades).
• New Fitness Center to include massage cubicles, lockers and will also house Tennis shop and Aerobics exercise rooms. Relocate pool and playground.
• Relocate Golf shop into clubhouse, expand and improve cart storage area, golfer restroom area. (Existing Golf shop would become meeting rooms).
• New Golf Maintenance Building to house equipment, improved work area.

Improvement Program costs also include site work, architectural, design and construction fees, temporary facilities and contingencies.
